Most network providers do this for free or for a small administration charge via their website. WE DO NOT UNLOCK PHONES as we believe there is no way for us to do so safely and in a way that does not compromise the security of your data.

Smartphones - Sorry, we cannot help other than to reset your smartphone back to the factory settings.
Laptop or Desktop - As long as this is a local account we can reset this for you so that you can get access again.

Turn device off put in a bag, DO NOT PUT IN RICE, DO NOT PUT ON CHARGE, get it to us immediately. The longer you leave it the less chance of complete success. There is no need to call as we can do nothing until we have the device in our hands. If you cannot get to us then email us and ask for our Pick-up and Drop-off service.

Unplug your laptop and carefully turn it upside down and keep it at that angle. If you are happy to do so remove the battery if possible. Put it in a bag and get it to us immediately. DO NOT PUT IT IN RICE, DO NOT PUT IT ON CHARGE, DO NOT PUT IT ON A RADIATOR OR IN THE AIRING CUPBOARD. The longer you leave it the less chance we have to fix it. There is no need to call as we can do nothing until we have the device in our hands. If you cannot get to us then email us and ask for our Pick-up and Drop-off service.

First, try logging into your email providers email webpage to confirm your username and password are correct. If you are sure that this all works fine you should drop your device in to us for re-configuration. We may need your username and password for your email account to do this for you. Alternatively we could come to you for a Home service.
...my computer or tablet is running a little slow.
We will speed this up for you! sometimes by some software maintenance and or an upgrade, you will be surprised how fast your device can be improved. Let us get our hands on it and we will quote you ASAP.
...my tablet or phone is just not charging.
For phones this might just require a quick clean, which we can do for free, or this can be caused by a faulty battery, charge port or another issues. We need to get our hands on it to take a look before we can quote you. Rest assured if it is financially un-viable to fix we will let you know. Either drop it in with us or email us and ask for our Pick-up and Drop-off service.
...I can't connect to WiFi
First, check with your internet provider first to see if the fault is at their end. If there is not issue with their service the best option is to email us and request our Home Fix service, where we will come to your home or office to resolve the problem.
