PC Help at Home is dedicated to protecting the privacy of our customer by taking all possible measures to protect their personally identifiable information. This privacy statement outlines these measures and discloses the privacy practices of PC Help at Home.

Customers use our website at their own risk. This website takes every precaution to protect our user information where submitted. When users submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected where possible online and offline.

Offline we only store user information to allow us to refer to customers jobs only personnel who need the access to customer information to perform their job duties are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Information Collection and Use
PC Help at Home only users any information submitted to allow us to help customers and only use that information to contact customers and make the necessary arangements to service and maintain their IT equipment.

In order to use our services, we will request customers details. During registration a customer is required to give their contact information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact the user about the services that we provide and for which they have expressed interest.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user’s computer containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. If we use a cookie once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates. If a customer rejects the cookie, they may still use our site. However where we choose to do so we may restrict access to certain areas of our site.

Log Files
We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. We will not share any server log file information with unauthorised 3rd parties.

We use a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. This company does not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes.

Customer Communications
From time to time we may send customers information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter via email or letter mail as part of our customer communications. In addition, we also send the user site and service announcement updates. We communicate with the user to provide requested services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email or phone.

Correction/Updating Personal Information
If a customer’s information changes (such as address information), we will require them to tell us and update our records before using our service again.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
